What is PACT Act & how may help you?
For Veterans in USA who served in the military and were exposed to burn pits and other toxic materials, the PACT Act is a new law that increases health care and other benefits. Certain cancers and other illnesses are deemed “presumptive conditions” under the PACT Act if a Veteran’s active military service satisfies specific standards (such as location and time of duty). As a result, Veterans can obtain a VA disability rating without having to prove that their military service was the direct cause of their illness.
- Prescription drugs and free medical care for service-connected disabilities are available to veterans who receive a 20% rating.

What is presumptive conditions?
